4.2 VIP Cashback Program

bjbaji7's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 1.0% cashback; Gold — up to 1.5% cashback. Cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on weekly net losses. For example: a Silver member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a week receives ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback. bjbaji7 reserves the right to make the final decision on cashback eligibility and tier progression.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits, providing false information, or using any manipulative method is strictly prohibited. If such behaviour is detected, bjbaji7 may close the account and void the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.1 Validity of Bets

All accepted bets on bjbaji7 are governed by these terms and the individual rules of each game. Once confirmed, a bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, bjbaji7 reserves the right to void it and the relevant amount will be refunded.

5.2 Account Restrictions and Limitations

bjbaji7 reserves the right to set betting limits or restrict activity on any account, particularly if unusual betting patterns or attempts to exploit the system are detected. Additionally, any outcome determined automatically due to a mid-game internet disconnection will be considered final by bjbaji7.

5.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

For bets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket events, the official match result will be considered final. If a match is suspended or abandoned, the outcome of bets will be determined in accordance with bjbaji7's own rules.

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or bugs
• Attempting to access another user's account
• Operating an account under a false identity or with misleading information
